Mission
Improving teaching skills for teachers and good education for their pupils in order to improve their chances in life.

Objective
Education is the key to a successful future for every child and also an indispensable contribution to a stable community.
We therefore facilitate the fulfillment of all the necessary conditions for this such as reduction of school fees, training / further training of teaching staff, construction of classrooms, purchase of teaching materials and, if necessary, also a healthy meal for the children.

Pallas Divera Foundation Current Policy Plan 2022-2023

Supplementation of education budget up to €5000 per year for Red Roof Nursery and Primary school in Bandung Borehole in Gambia.

Construction of the internet and financing subscription costs to enable virtual education in every classroom through Smart TV. Purchase a smartphone for each teacher so that they can find educational teaching materials for their pupils using internet resources.
Purchase of English-language reading books for children aged 4 to 12 and shipment to Gambia to start a school library.


Remuneration Policy
Governance Remuneration Policy
Board members of the Pallas Divera foundation receive no compensation, and no expense reimbursement. All activities are carried out on a voluntary basis.

Financial Policy Plan / Revenue Forecast

We expect to receive a sponsorship contribution of around €5,000.00 to € 10,000.00 in 2023.
